Good morning KBStronger Family ! As the New Year is approaching I want you to always strive to be curious, work on yourself but be grateful for the person you are and for the person who got you to this point ! When I went to NYC this September I reflected a lot on the woman I had to be brave enough to go there in 2017 to get certified in kettlebell as a newly divorced mom of 3 who had not travelled a lot on my own. We need to be all versions of ourselves to get to our destinations! Be grateful for the journey and your accomplishments π«Άπ€

Starting November 13th..... 6 Sessions to Progress You to a Kettlebell Snatch! 30 minute sessions that are designed to start you with the foundations and build to execute or get you ready for the kettlebell snatch! Also on the calendar there will still be 30 minute foundations posted but our LIVES on Wednesday will be 6 Sessions to A Successful Snatch!Β
