Today I finished week 4 (but I'll keep going until my access works).

Today I added in Core & Glute. Added a booty band, 1x40 & 1x35 to the bonus sets at end.

Also had another core workout and 50m Interval Ride which I hit 14 miles.

1030am I have a hot yoga class called HOT ASS/ABS and then plan to take my daughter and grandkids to either pool or beach!
