👏 So far I have cut out snacking, cut out pop/juice and have been drinking water or pouring from a pot of Yerba Maté green tea all day.

Yesterday I accidentally did the wrong workout oops 😅😬 so I did Absolute Abs - No kettlebell and my abs are still sore!

Plank was 20 seconds but just means lots of room for improvement.
