Monday: added 4m Ab Blast to my crazy insane morning workout session. Lunch was a killer gym set.
Had 72x banded southpaw pushups + 54x banded 2x15 pushup row and that's just 2 of the many badass moves in my hardcore training sessions.
Tuesday I will add plank & wall sit challenge...stay tuned :)
