How Do You Practise Mindful Moments???
Here are some tips !
- Focus on Breath: Take a few deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Concentrate on the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body to ground yourself in the present.
- Engage the Senses: Pause to observe your surroundings. Notice what you can see, hear, smell, and feel. This sensory awareness can help shift focus away from stressors and bring you into the moment.
- Practice Gratitude: Spend a minute reflecting on three things you’re grateful for. This can shift your mindset and foster a sense of positivity, making it easier to embrace mindfulness.
