Monday workout DONE and what a great kick start to the day! Posting for the CONSISTENCY Challenge crew too!
I wanted to catch the Friday live but didn't happen so I just did it. When I put the replay on, I totally forgot that it was a 30 min session, so I paused just as the stretching was starting and did some deadbug/dunny what it's called/leg lift with an upper body twist crunch. LOVELY!
I'm literally dripping sweat in this heat! WHOOOT WHOOOT
