Simple Steps to Achieve Your Goals:

โœ… Set a Goal (like doing this challenge to show up this month so you are ready to kickoff the new year!

โœ… Follow a program

โœ… Use a workout calendar

โœ… Remove obstacles (for example if at 5:30 pm you know you are busy but keep trying to make a LIVE.... train it later on your timeline- set yourself up for SUCCESS not failure)

โœ… Celebrate your weeks - Look and review how you did weekly

โœ… Reach out and share your "struggles and successes" and acknowledge both so others can help!
