I am finding my biggest challenge with this Abs challenge is the lack of sleep just tanks my energy and ability to workout when a zombie. I had my workout clothes all laid out for today, but was up 15 times in the night with baby so got only about 2-3 hours of sleep. Sigh….

My goal today was a mental one. Instead of being frustrated from being overtired and missing another workout, I instead tried patience and positive self talk - we went to the Kiwanis Waterfall park in Regina and just listened to the sound of running water, felt the grass, did some grounding. Hopefully sleep will be better tonight. 🤞
