I’d say the thing that makes me skip workouts is having a hard time prioritizing it over all the other tasks on the list. I knoooww in my mind that moving my body is just as important, or more so than vacuuming the Cheerios off the floor or folding another load of laundry, but those things sometimes feel more pressing.

Morning! A couple of my goals are to go for a walk and eat a plant based meal each day of May. One of my favourite snacks is peanut butter stuffed dates. 🤤
