I hope you're have an amazing Sat morning.
I met Jodi on LI through some mutual friends and was obviously drawn to her energy. I am training for leg 4 of the Death Race and my strength and conditioning was entirely focused on running. I needed some help to get a structured strength program that would help get me prepared for the race, in 6 weeks. I reached out to Jodi and I started the program this week.ย
I'm very grateful to her and her program.
