Have not watched tv in a while but tonight I decided to turn it on and flipped it to the Food Network. I realized what a sabatoge that has been in the past because I would crave comfort food, so I quickly turned off the tv completely and went back to some self help inspiration videos.

Anyone else like to share what they’ve been experiencing?

Tight hips and groin pain have been restricting me with some exercises, so hope that rolling it out will help.

Walked my butt off at work

Did this last night was ahallenging especially using the kettlebell. We will see how sore my abs are as the day goes on. Need to work on slowing down and focus on form next time.
