Checked my garden and was able to snip some fresh chives and lettuce into to my bowl! Love summer fresh food!

Lattuce , tomato, chives, shredded chicken, avacado. My fav dressing is 3 Tbs red wine vinegar

3 Tbs of lemon juice

2 to 3 Tbs Dijon dressing

6 Tbs light tasting extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 clove of crushed garlic

Would love you guys to post your fav meals with recipes ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Felt the burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ also sore from yesterday. So glad I got this workout out of the way nice and early.
