Consistency Checklist:

  • Pick your days to workout  (setting your intention) and share them

  • Send me your phone number with the reminder times to put on your sports bra or gym shorts! :)

  • Introduce yourself today, a goal you are comfortable sharing and your favourite training song or favourite snack - doesn't have to be healthy:) 

  • Comment on your workouts and at the end of the day or during - share how your are doing here so our community can support you!
