How well do you sleep?

Sleep is so important. I recognized that in my life I that i need a "life rule" it was if I knew I was lacking sleep I would not tackle big decisions in work or my personal life.  I will simply tell myself I will handle it tomorrow. Most things in life can be shifted a day.  Sleep is important for our body to rest and recover. Share with me how you sleep and tonight I will share some tips on how to get a better sleep.
