Today as I travelled I listened to many podcasts regarding protein and strength training! If you are here you are already working on your strength training ..... Yeaaahhhhhhh!😀
What I want to reiterate to you is my thoughts on taking protein in the morning and why is it so important. I like to think of it as your kickoff to your success! Taking 30- 50 grams in the morning will optimally stimulate your skeletal muscle. People in their 20s would only need 5 grams as they need less of a kickstart! It will also allow you to feel fuller, setting the day of healthy eating versus the "snacking feeling!" This protein in the morning sets you up to be metabolically set for the day!
