Practise What I Preach....
Everyday when you show up to train with me I ask you to do a body scan. A moment time when you are honest with yourself on how you are feeling. I caught a cold over the long weekend and realized today that I needed to do lighter shorter movement with you as I did my own body scan and reminded myself that I even have days when my body asks for light movement and a bit more TLC. I will go in and make sure there is an ON Demand 45 minutes on the calendar for you but will include the mobility movement I did at noon today.
It is so important we listen to our body as its our guide to how we move. We must nurture it and love it. I will still get my 100 push ups because it is my non negotiable and I will see you LIVE Friday :) Have a beautiful night

Hello to everyone, I am writing this because it’s such a good story. I remember my first time seeing Jodi, it was in a post about working out. Lots of people post that they now how to workout, just send money and they will teach you.
But this Jodi chick, was posting again. And just giving advice. I was going through a divorce, so just spending time and run into another Jodi post. Well I should at least take the time to read. And the next time there was a vedio. Well she had some funky movement stretches. Well she was doing it, should be easy. Well fell flat on the floor, not so easy. So had to practice a bit, could kinda do it. Next Jodi post, well maybe I could say hi and thanks. And to my surprise, she responded and said she could help me. Well that made me want to try a bit harder. But then in the post I see kettle bells, never used them before. And paying attention to all her posts, always the kettle bells. Up to this time , not much interaction between us. But it was fun to try and do what she was posting. And I started to say hello more often and she was always there to give directions and general advice. Have spent my whole life working out, I played football and am and Ex Police Officer, so always have been working out. But there seemed to be a new trend with Jodi. Movement and kettle bells. Again it was fun to try the new technique and had to purchase my first bell. And also to become friends with Jodi, this was an honor. So slowly my work outs have changed, I now have four kettles in my personal gym. And there is always so much to learn and Jodi is always open to help or a chat. I hope that everyone that needs help, will turn to my friend Jodi. She has always been in my corner. My name is Russ, and I’m hoping that others will find Jodi and her work outs helpful.
