That was a good little workout, only have 2 10lb kettlebells so definitely could have used heavier!!

I found the kettlebell heat the most challenging but loved them all for the different exercises in each

I feel so much better after getting in a workout!! I love that I can do them in 20-30 mins!!

After a long day at work, it would have been very easy to just say I’m tired and not exercise but I did it and feel so much better!!
