I changed things up tonight and did the mobility/movement video because my body needed some stretching! Spent the afternoon with my son trying to get the windbreaks all fixed up for my other sons wedding next weekend. So got some arm exercises hammering nails and carrying boards!

Did the program and had energy left so did both bonus rounds!! Definitely feel the burn!

Well I missed doing it at the start, so went and tried it today and holy smokes that makes the legs burn but made it too 2 minutes

Hard a hard time posting because I had sweat running in my eyes, it’s a little hot in my house tonight!!

Well I thought let’s try Kettlebell Heat and holy smokes that was a major challenge! That ladder was killer, only made it too 8 but it’s a start!

Changed it up tonight and did the Core and Glute workout!! Felt the burn with this one!!

I love the abs Absolutely you workout, got the whole body working!! Also got some cardio in trying to chase a couple cows in and some weight lifting because we found a large tree branch had broke off and onto the fence!! Never ending fun on the farm!

Well I got most of the strength test done except for the bar and running, running the track is out because I’m having issues with one knee. I will try and find a bar to use!! Last night was yoga and our last volleyball night!!
