I was wondering how we were going to work in the ab glutes

I will keep working on my consistency and depending on the abs and glutes in the other workouts I will add in the extra abs glutes accordingly 😊

Consistency was the biggest take away. Even if it’s doing 5 min mobility walk or short workout.

I’m proud of myself I have completed what I set for myself and exceeded the workouts in the week.

I need to work on my nutrition staying on track 🙄
