Hey all just checking in! How's everyone's Wk2 going? Definitely feeling some changes, legs,glutes,and core feel more strong and tight. As far as my mindfulness...been working on that a lot this week,staying positive and consistent. Have a great Saturday ❤️

Morning!! Last wk of ab challenge, so sad that it's ending! Did KB 20 min workout again this wk and added 4 min ab workout cuz why not lol. See you all in the zoom.

Picked up where I left off yesterday.

Started with...

KBKB 5min Morning Mobility

✓Rebirth W3D 13 Chipper..stuck with their pace, used 25lb for single DB work and 2x20 for man makers

KBKB ABSolute Abs with both bonus rounds added

     Used 2x15lb DB for 2nd bonus round, was sorry I packed away my lighter weights at this point lol 🤣

✓Rebirth D1 Cool Down

Hello all,Just wanted to say how great it was to meet you on the zoom call today. Having a like minded community is huge for accountability. We all start from different places with our fitness journey,some maybe further along than others,Jodi's story about the waterfall was so on point. It's easy to focus on how far you have to go rather than how far you've come. ❤️
