Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday - my fitness class schedule blew up this month with extra classes that I am covering. I can definitely commit to short workouts on my days selected for this challenge. :)

Good afternoon, my goals are to get my own training in 3 days a week, I teach fitness classes and I work around that schedule. Three 30 minute training sessions a week consistently, kettlebells and mobility are my top activity choices.
