Good afternoon, my goals are to get my own training in 3 days a week, I teach fitness classes and I work around that schedule. Three 30 minute training sessions a week consistently, kettlebells and mobility are my top activity choices.

Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday - my fitness class schedule blew up this month with extra classes that I am covering. I can definitely commit to short workouts on my days selected for this challenge. :)

i like the mid day time but I also don't mind the 5:30 class time either

I didn’t really make an effort to do the challenge. Work was super busy this past month. I was exhausted and my hubby was sick through the holiday weekend. 2023 taught me that I need a plan in 2024, so I sat down and decided on a healthy nutrition plan and personal training schedule that works with my fitness classes that I teach. Already feeling better from a few days of eating healthy. ❤️💪

Hi I am Liz, I’ve known Jodi for 5 years. I am one of her KBIA trainers and I teach group fitness classes, in Calgary. I love that I can access KBKB classes online. Blessed to be a part of this amazing community.
