Taught my barbell pump class this evening. Full body workout. Now I am relaxing by programming my Kettlebell class for tomorrow morning. Feeling stronger today.

I have been dealing with knee pain the last two weeks so I have had to find ways to move that do not aggravate them. This morning, mobility and some upper body KB work.

I taught a KB class this morning, threw in some leopard crawls, inchworm walkout to pike bell taps, lots of swings, rows, squats, lunges, presses and some martial art movements for fun! The class loved it! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’œ

Trying to get my daily challenge work done early. If the rain holds off my friends and I are leading an outdoor Zumba class later this morning. Wall Squat: 1:30 minutes
