I travel extensively for work...about 5-6 months out of the year. Training online with Jodi allowed me to train effectively at any location, even in remote areas of west Texas and southern New Mexico. What was missing was an easy, delicious and effective nutrition plan that I could use anywhere. Additionally, I've challenged myself to get down to 10% body fat, which means losing about 20 lbs. Just over 3-weeks into the 41-day challenge, I've lost 15 lbs...and it's been easy. The pictured dishes are Thai Beef Salad and Tuna Avocado Salad that I prepared this past week. So easy and quick to prepare...and really, really good. I can't thank Jodi enough!! I'll be posting a before and after pic at the end of the 41-day challenge.
