That was a good little workout, only have 2 10lb kettlebells so definitely could have used heavier!!

I found the kettlebell heat the most challenging but loved them all for the different exercises in each

Did the program and had energy left so did both bonus rounds!! Definitely feel the burn!

Well I missed doing it at the start, so went and tried it today and holy smokes that makes the legs burn but made it too 2 minutes
