Trained in the gym yesterday !! Getting my sweat on a bit late tonight

Monday I did the workout for this week, Tuesday I ended up home with a migraine all day & did nothing but nurse that .. I went to the gym tonight & did some strength training, stretching & a core workout .. I hope to keep the momentum going with the glute workout tomorrow. I feel the “strength pains” in my stomach & glutes from this week & I LIKE it!! Means that it’s working !! I’ve started back taking my greens everyday for just over two weeks, along with my gut health fibre shot in my protein shake in the morning! Seeing the glow in my skin already !!

Anyone else like me.. I sign on online.. then I open my app on my phone so I can be on the community page to check the lineup while scrolling on my laptop online to get to the right workout for today ? 🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂🐿️
