I had a great day all around. The workouts I did helped me reflect on how strong I was a year ago and how good I felt.
I wasn’t hard on myself I just did the best I could. I need this to be part of my life for longevity even on the hard days.
I need a back up plan when those thoughts come to mind that I don’t feel like it I’m too tired blah blah blah lol
Today I did mobility before work since I’m active moving at lot at my job. After work I let the dishes sit and worked out first so I wouldn’t make an excuse.
I like the variety in workouts Jodi provides because really there’s something for every level or mood on there.
My goal is to do something everyday. I did a lot today but I know there will be days I will do less, but doing nothing sets me up for quitting.
