I had a great day all around. The workouts I did helped me reflect on how strong I was a year ago and how good I felt.

I wasn’t hard on myself I just did the best I could. I need this to be part of my life for longevity even on the hard days.

I need a back up plan when those thoughts come to mind that I don’t feel like it I’m too tired blah blah blah lol

Today I did mobility before work since I’m active moving at lot at my job. After work I let the dishes sit and worked out first so I wouldn’t make an excuse.

I like the variety in workouts Jodi provides because really there’s something for every level or mood on there.

My goal is to do something everyday. I did a lot today but I know there will be days I will do less, but doing nothing sets me up for quitting.

That was tough , but i did it . you are the energize  bunny here Jodi lol

modified... this one was tough... showed me how much work I need to do by holding myself up. a year ago I was so strong this showed me I will be strong again.

done.  I liked this as it felt like it was a  refresher and slowed down. I certainly feel the tightness in my body especially the past injured ankle  but itsfelt great!

I can relate. We need to keep this in mind when we feel this way going forward how good we will feel after. We are WORTH it!
