Every morning,  I have breakfast, take my vitamins.   Then I relax for a bit,  enjoying some quiet time before I start the day off on a good note.

I am going to Echo and then to Kenosee 

My summer has been good.  I have done alot of walking outdoors, enjoying the sights and sounds around me.  Also, starting next week, I will be camping and hopefully getting in some hikes.
