Today I did a couple of tutorials, along with a demand workout.  I liked the ladder with the shoulder presses.  Great workout.

On demand/live workout done--May 10--working on the progression, but slow.  Like the 30 minute workout.🙂

On demand/live--May 8 workout done.  It was an awesome workout.  Thank you Jodi  for the suggestion.  I will try the intensity level by slowing down the movement, before moving up to my next weight.🙂
