Mindful Moments
How Do You Practise Mindful Moments???

Here are some tips !

  1. Focus on Breath: Take a few deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Concentrate on the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body to ground yourself in the present.
  2. Engage the Senses: Pause to observe your surroundings. Notice what you can see, hear, smell, and feel. This sensory awareness can help shift focus away from stressors and bring you into the moment.
  3. Practice Gratitude: Spend a minute reflecting on three things you’re grateful for. This can shift your mindset and foster a sense of positivity, making it easier to embrace mindfulness.

How are YOU DOING??? It is important for us to become aware of where we are if we want move forward. Owning our successes and failures lie within this. We can never move forward if we do not acknowledge our habits so we can become aware and take action. I like to call it the 3 A's - Awareness/ Acknowledge and ACTION!
