For me it’s having food prep done so after a busy day of classes I am not eating less than stellar food, which makes me feel crappy therefore I don’t end up doing my training because I feel awful. I also battle depression and it can be a struggle on the bad days.

Yes!! Coffee chat would be awesome. ❤️

Did my training now off to church, then getting my fitness class prep done this afternoon for this week. Also, coffee is essential today.

Friday workout done, the 30 minute sessions are perfect for me on my work days. I teach a Booty Builder Bootcamp Friday mornings so my legs are toasted by the end of the day. Feels good to get my own training in with this challenge. Rock on everyone! Thanks Jodi for this extra push, I really didn't want to get up and train this evening but so glad I did!

Fun fact: I competed in the Crystal Light National Arrobics championship regionals in the eighties.
