I definitely have to give myself Grace when it comes to training, I always think I should be lifting heavier or able to do certain exercises better or more advanced. When I start thinking that way I focus on moving well and the fact that I am showing up for myself to take care of my wellness.

I like the days I picked, they work for me even with my hectic fitness class schedule. The options are great because on those hectic days I can still squeeze in a 8 to 10 minute practice.
