I have one more session for tomorrow to complete the month! So excited that I stuck with it, even when I was feeling crappy. I was able to make it work.

consistency and the month flew by, looking back I am pretty happy that I got some training in consistently each week. Loved it!!

loved this challenge, it really helped me stick to my personal workouts knowing I was accountable to the group :) I think it  should be a yearly challenge like the core and glute challenge is.

I will keep my reminders as well, if anything changes when the core and glutes challenge starts I will let you know. I may shift my days around for that.

Jessica Soodeen thank you and three days a week of training is the sweet spot for me right now, also so glad you don’t have arthritis 😊

So I will post here about the last half of my week. My wind down routine didn’t work so well and I wasn’t feeling so great, my joints were incredibly sore from all the rain we’ve been having here. Menopause symptoms ramped up as well. I am finally starting to feel better today. I wasn’t able to train Friday for the challenge. I am going to get my training in today, but I’ve learned when this happens I am kind to myself and don’t get stressed about a schedule change. Have a great Saturday everyone! #mayconsistencychallenge

It challenges me to move in different ways, unlike most standard weight training workouts. It’s also so much more interesting to use kettlebells than other things. I love it! 💪

Quiet long weekend for us. Hubby is working all weekend and I work tomorrow. Went out for dinner with friends last night. Did some meal prep today. ❤️

The balance exercises are good. I really struggle on one side though.
