I had to be honest my glutes are sleeping, but I haven’t been able to train this past week. Still recovering from the flu. But I am cheering the challenge crew on! Next week I should be able to train properly 💪

Hello, Liz from Calgary, I am one of Jodi’s KB Stronger trainers and I teach a variety of fitness classes at a local gym. My favorite summer food is all the fresh fruit and veggies from the farmers markets. I am looking forward to this challenge.
