Hi guys! I missed posting yesterday but both consistency boxes were checked - single arm rows and a 5 km walk (with a wonderful friend!). Today's walk is in the book sand rows will happen after work. I am up to 25lbs from 18lbs so am very pleased with that!

Good morning! My goals are to walk 5km everyday in May and to add rows back into my routine- I'd like to be back using a 30lb for a single armed row by month end! Here's to a great month!
