Most nights I sleep well and try to make it priority because I’m not good without it. The brain fog, irritability it can cause I’m just more productive and happy with it! As I’m getting older I look forward to it more and more. Lol

Jodi yeah I’ve been working and working out through my injury and it’s been a little challenging but figured it out. Thought I should slow it tonight.

I must say I am proud of myself and how far I’ve come because I’m learning and changing and it takes time to change. I’ know I too have made mistakes with my kids and will continue too.
