Consistency was the biggest take away. Even if it’s doing 5 min mobility walk or short workout.

I’m proud of myself I have completed what I set for myself and exceeded the workouts in the week.

Most nights I sleep well and try to make it priority because I’m not good without it. The brain fog, irritability it can cause I’m just more productive and happy with it! As I’m getting older I look forward to it more and more. Lol

I’m showing up for my workouts. All your options is really no room for excuses lol

Jodi yeah I’ve been working and working out through my injury and it’s been a little challenging but figured it out. Thought I should slow it tonight.
