June 10th DONE and DONE! Finally made it back to the LIVE classes and per Jacquie Brennan and Jodi 's encouragement and my BIG mouth.... finished up with the 8 minute SCORCHER afterwards and managed to do the full 8 mins with only 1 kinda sorta break while realizing I was in one exercise too long! HA!!! WHOOOT WHOOOT

Also, I prop should take new pics, sweating all day in the jungle made my abs look way better than back in dry Calgary. MEH! It's a process! Still loving me for showing up, not judging. ;)

June 5 DONE!!!! That was a great one! My back wasn't liking some of the lower abs on the floor work, so I S-L-O-W-E-D it down and only lowered my legs as far as down as my lower back being on the floor could manage. It was a great shift. Some extra stretching afterwards was also lovely.

#May Consistency Challenge - just finished May 22 LIVE and as prep for June's challenge I threw on a 5 min ABS at the end. Sweat is dripping off! FELLING STRONG!

Thursday morning workout DONE!!! I did the last live OnDemand and it was spectacular! I pushed myself today and held my weight for as many parts as possible! SO GOOD!

LOVE the Search function inside the Online Training program! Got my morning workout DONE! I searched for duration between 30-45 mins, the typed body, since for the next 2 weeks I'm working with hand weights. HOLY DYNA!!!! I've not sweat like this dripping off my forehead in... well, I honestly don't know the last time!

Monday workout DONE and what a great kick start to the day! Posting for the CONSISTENCY Challenge crew too!

I wanted to catch the Friday live but didn't happen so I just did it. When I put the replay on, I totally forgot that it was a 30 min session, so I paused just as the stretching was starting and did some deadbug/dunny what it's called/leg lift with an upper body twist crunch. LOVELY!

I'm literally dripping sweat in this heat! WHOOOT WHOOOT

FRIDAY FLEX!!!!! Managed to get up early, get some breakfast, let it settle by sending an email or two, and did the March 15th LIVE! 

Finally starting to see some shape to my spaghetti arms! ;) It's been an on and off journey since 2021 to build some serious muscle mass. The strength part was really kicked off by the motivation of riding my motorcycle on race tracks again. It's a bit of a beast.

Now the motivation is more broad, turning 50 this summer, still wanting to get on that bike once my frozen shoulder thaws. That may mean not this season, it may mean Sept/Oct, either way... Patience combined with persistence is KEY for me. Remembering that I got a whole body wanting attention and one shoulder will not slow me down. Of course at the same time being very very mindful with modifications...

I'm so grateful to be HERE!

This morning I did the On Demand May 10th! SUPER FUN! Sweat my boobies off! My internet connection cut out for the last 4 and a half mins, so I went ahead and did some of that core/abs work! It was a kind of dead bug, bicycle, raise the straight leg and added some oblique action between.
