great workout, liked the progression, front lunges, reverse lunges and the curtsy lunges.

great exercise, liked the firedrills, looking forward to the foundation progression series.

I used 2-8lb weights, 4 rounds of each exercise, 4 sets, my heartbeat was 112.  Liked the progression exercises.

great mobility exercise

I used a 10 lb ketttle bell, in total I did 4 rounds of each exercise, felt good, my heart rate was 109.
