Trying to get my daily challenge work done early. If the rain holds off my friends and I are leading an outdoor Zumba class later this morning. Wall Squat: 1:30 minutes

What a great way to wake yourself up with that nice burning feeling in your quads! Happy Saturday everyone ๐Ÿ’ชโค๏ธ

Great topic at this mornings zoom. Iโ€™ve had to pivot how I get my challenge training done because I am back at work teaching fitness classes. When I program the abs in some of the classes I borrow from what we are doing here. People are commenting on how much they like the exercises ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Today I donโ€™t have any classes to teach so I can fire up one of our challenge workouts! Excited to be a part of this amazing group. Have a great day! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช

I taught 5 Fitness classes week one and all of them had plenty of core in them. This week my schedule is lighter so I will get some of the challenge workouts done. Feeling Strong!
