I feel great when I get the time to do the workouts, however now I am so so sore that I am having trouble sleeping that everything hurts so my energy is zapped during the day to take care of the baby. I am going to incorporate the odd rest day so my body can not get over-sore

I like the Absolute Abs - No kettlebell, it uses different muscles than I am used to. Also, I switched today to be a Stay Active Day because I woke up aching all over because I pushed myself hard on Week 1, my body is asking for a more gentle walk/rest day, that way I can give 110% tomorrow
