Met with a mom & baby group for a day at Regina Beach. The group is about body positivity and loving our bodies and what they can do for us. Active outdoors ☀️

My daughter is climbing all over me today so only got in 15 min of the absolute abs - no kb workout.

I was curious to see how my abs were doing since June 1st (Plank was 24 seconds). Today my plank was 1 min 52 seconds!!!!! 😱 Which included a baby crawling under me, tickling me, and having to go 1 armed to move my cellphone timer away from baby.

Look at that PROGRESS!! 💪 24s -> 1 min 52s 🤩 😮

My abs were pretty insanely sore from yesterday’s Mom & Baby kettlebell class + Abs and arms challenge + partner 3 min challenge so today I did a stay active day and got outdoors. We were tired from the fresh air. Ate fresh fruits & veggies for lunch 🥕 🥦 🍓 🍉

Did 3 minutes of V-situps challenge by my partner Catherine Holtz. Was able to do 8 full ones before losing forms then did just torso or just legs, then supported knee tucks at the end.

Completed the Arms & Abs challenge! Found it on LinkedIn 👏

Did a yoga class with lots of side planks and did a father’s day walk. Forgot to post yesterday but did a bunch of outside walks and activities at the Pilot Butte parade.

Finally got my workout in. Had eggs 🍳 and sliced fresh peach for breakfast. My baby helped with the curl ups today and her favourite part was when I said “Gorilla” everytime I did a gorilla movement 😂

Tried out the protein pancakes recipe! The protein powder made it filling - the only bad part was I share my breakfast (for me and my baby) so I had to google if protein powder was safe for babies and it looks not to be. She was upset to not get breakfast so I will try shredded chicken or something else to add protein. 😞 I didn’t get a chance to make a different breakfast she could have so had to feed her puffs.
