Did 3 minutes of V-situps challenge by my partner Catherine Holtz. Was able to do 8 full ones before losing forms then did just torso or just legs, then supported knee tucks at the end.

Completed the Arms & Abs challenge! Found it on LinkedIn 👏

I am feeling AB gains but not the seeing part under my belly yet 🤣 But definitely improvement! I can do the Leopard hover and twists in the air without needing to touch down! 👏

Mine challenge has been foods I can easily grab that aren’t in the fridge… it’s hard to grab an instant healthy meal when the kitchen backs the babies room… so my plan now is to make sure food is prepared before her 7 bedtime and we put a microwave in the basement so we can heat leftovers for supper if we are having a chaotic day that doesn’t wake the baby
