Happy Thursday baddies!!! Today I only work half a day...then LONG WEEKEND!!!

Today brings active recovery...and I'm ok with that. Bodyweight workouts are absolutely amazing and challenge your body in such a different way.

Your own bodyweight is hella challenging tool to isometrically hold, dynamically move, and to incorporate flexibility, mobility and body awareness.

Have a kickass day in whatever you choose to do!
