I like the Absolute Abs - No kettlebell, it uses different muscles than I am used to. Also, I switched today to be a Stay Active Day because I woke up aching all over because I pushed myself hard on Week 1, my body is asking for a more gentle walk/rest day, that way I can give 110% tomorrow

Swapped today’s workout with Mom & Baby Kettlebell Kickboxing at the KBKB studio! My abs are still sore from yesterday but gave it 110% 💪

Felt good to push myself in other muscles groups - I enjoyed the glutes and quads sections because I can push myself without fear of injury. I modified for core and was more gentle with surgery scar area.

I noticed an improvement! I can do leg lifts/hover moves now! WIN for today! 🏆

OMG I love Oxygen Yoga and Fitness!!! I recognize the “I Love My Life” on the wall. I normally do yoga on Sunday mornings but was on a trip this weekend

Went for a 2 hour walk in Saskatoon for our trip to see friends.
